    A livestock ship that turned back to Australia amid concerns over the escalating Red Sea conflict rejected an offer from the West Australian government to dock in Fremantle earlier this week, Premier Roger Cook claims.

    The MV Bahijah was sitting in waters off Perth loaded with close to 15,000 sheep and 2000 cattle on Wednesday afternoon more than a week after the Australian government ordered it back to the country.
