    Sydney house prices more than doubled in the past decade, outperforming all other capital cities, and could double again in the next 10 years if last year’s growth rate continues, CoreLogic says.

    “Sydney delivered the most value in the past decade despite some volatility, and given that there’s been so much doubling in home values historically, we could be in for another decade of values doubling,” said Eliza Owen, CoreLogic head of research.
