    The past 12 months have brought widespread uncertainty over the demand for consulting services, but that hasn‘t slowed the pace of graduate recruitment at Deloitte. The firm has hired around 1300 grads for its 2024 grad program – its biggest-ever intake.

    “We’ve always invested in young Australian talent; it’s pretty core to who we are,” says Tina McCreery, chief human resources officer at Deloitte.
